We understand no one should wake up, stand in their closet frustrated and feeling stressed about getting dressed, which is why over the last 12 yrs, we have helped thousands of women rediscover their style using the StyleID system and get dressed with confidence in 7 mins or less.
We understand that every woman is different and writes her own unique chapter in her style story. To help you get dressed without the stress and have a closet full of clothes you love, we have created four different ways to get to style advice you need to feel fabulous and look confident. Whether you want someone to create entire outfits or you want to learn the secrets to style yourself, we are here to help. RETURN POLICY
Accepted refunds will be in the form of the original payment provided at purchase.Please return items within 14 days from the date of purchase.
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We would love to cover more of the shipping fees, but credit card companies charge us a 3% fee for processing credit cards this includes a returns. I know it is a racket. Final sale and special orders items are not eligible for refund/return.
Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return after the item has been received. Usually it take a few days for the banks to process the refund.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Item is unworn unwashed and unaltered. The item has no makeup stains, deodorant stains, animal hair, or smell of smoke. The item must not be a final sale. The items have been returned within the date ranges specified in the Return Policy. If the item meets these conditions, you will be eligible for a return.
DEFECTIVE ITEM
Things happen and not everything comes out the way we want. If you have received a defective item, please contact us at admin@shopstylefinder.com within 2 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures. We will work to make things right.
FINAL SALE (no exceptions)
All sales on SALE/CLEARANCE items are final. All sales are final on shape wear, leggings, shaper shorts, jewelry, undergarments, lingerie, bathing suits, hair accessories, hats, beanies, socks, and eyewear. This is for hygienic purposes.
DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase. The code can only be used while valid. Codes can’t be added or applied after the order has been placed.
ALTERING AN ORDER
Mistakes happen and we will work to help get it right. If you need to make an order change please call or email us within 3hours of placing the order. We ship fast, therefore, the window to make any changes is small. Provide detailed information, such as the order #, item name or #, and the issue. CANCELING AN ORDER
Once an order has been shipped it cannot be altered or canceled. Please follow the return policy for items that need to be returned (including an entire order).
