Item is unworn unwashed and unaltered. The item has no makeup stains, deodorant stains, animal hair, or smell of smoke. The item must not be a final sale. The items have been returned within the date ranges specified in the Return Policy. If the item meets these conditions, you will be eligible for a return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds will be in the form of store credit that will be applied to your account. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return for store credit after the item has been received.
Things happen and not everything comes out the way we want. If you have received a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com within 2 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures. We will work to make things right.
FINAL SALE (no exceptions)
All sales on SALE/CLEARANCE items are final. All sales are final on shape wear, leggings, shaper shorts, jewelry, undergarments, lingerie, bathing suits, hair accessories, hats, beanies, socks, and eyewear. This is for hygienic purposes.
All returns will be in the form of account credit that can be used towards a future purchase.
Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase. The code can only be used while valid. Codes can’t be added or applied after the order has been placed.
ALTERING AN ORDER
Mistakes happen and we will work to help get it right. If you need to make an order change please call or email us within 3hours of placing the order. We ship fast, therefore, the window to make any changes is small. Provide detailed information, such as the order #, item name or #, and the issue. CANCELING AN ORDER
Once an order has been shipped it cannot be altered or canceled. Please follow the return policy for items that need to be returned (including an entire order).
Items will ship via USPS within 2-4 business days. StyleFinder is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. Please contact your local USPS for assistance once they take possession of the package.
